ELC students won legal case to secure seat in JBIMS

On 12 July 2019 morning, 15 ELC students gathered at the very premises of the institute in Nashik. Majority of them had lost their sear in JBIMS. Thanks to the abrupt change of seat distribution at the prestigious institute on the day of the CAP round option form filling. With the experienced mentoring of ELC founders, the students filed the legal case against the Government of Maharashtra in the high court. They won the case on 25 July.
